I suspect this is not an actual build, but a 3DSMax drawing (among others) however were it an actual bike, I suspect the wheels alone would cost about $12,000 each to design and build. The rest might not be so expensive, but to have that front end also be highly functional as a shock absorber and a load supporting cushion capable of handling the miles (and years, and of course idiots too) there could be as much as several hundred thousand dollars American in immediate research alone.
