When hubless design begins to have enough engineering and testing behind it, I may consider it. The weight reduction (if factual) is an unsprung benefit, but what about the safety, durability as well as consumer maintenance and repairability without the need for specialized tooling.

All reasonable concerns before some fool writer sticks my name in the obituaries of a local rag for a very dramatic, extremely bloody crash into some immovable object bristling with pointed steel.
